Conferences
Conferences are big events with big workloads. ADG Events will do the work for you, from selecting a site, booking presenters and securing sponsors to processing registrations and education credits. We'll handle everything from the big-picture issues to the tiniest details, so you and your members can relax and enjoy the conference.


Trade shows
Whether you're putting on a trade show at your conference or as a stand-alone event, we can help. We'll work with you on a plan and a theme, design and print registration materials, and work with your Planning Committee to book exhibitors. If you're exhibiting in someone else's trade show, we can help you with booth design, giveaways and more.


Education and training programs
Education is one of the most important benefits you can offer your members. ADG Events can help you put together training and educational programs that will engage them and give them the knowledge they need. We'll work with you on determining the focus of the session, then manage all the details: finding presenters, scheduling, and promoting the event to the members, and continuing education credits too.

Webinars are a great addition to your association's member education program, and at ADG Events, we're experts at making them happen. Onsite Event Staffing
Our team will be at your event to make sure everything runs smoothly, so that you and your members are free to enjoy it. We’ll staff the registration and check-in table; work with the venue to ensure all the room, food and other arrangements are in order; welcome everyone and perform introductions; and be sure you and your guests have everything you need.
